About the Role
Reporting to the Risk & Audit Manager and based in our Parramatta office, you’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating risk and audit processes across the business. You’ll help maintain registers, support audit scheduling and reporting, and work across teams to strengthen compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Risk & Issue Registers
• Track business risks using Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Assist with internal and external audit coordination, documentation and follow-ups
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Help investigate root causes and track non-conformances
• Keep accurate records of audit findings, recommendations, and actions
• Build understanding of compliance frameworks, including ISO 31000
• Support stakeholder engagement and promote compliance best practice

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Awareness of ISO 31000 or other risk management frameworks
• Prior experience in admin, coordination, or audit support
• Qualifications in business, risk, finance or related fields
