The Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Test Analyst to join our growing technology team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in software testing and quality assurance.
In this role, you will support the delivery of high‑quality systems and products by executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and assisting with test planning activities. Working under the guidance of senior testers and closely with developers and product teams, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the full software development life cycle while learning industry‑standard testing methodologies.
· Execute thorough testing on systems and products, including the preparation, execution and documentation of test cases, scripts, results and supporting evidence
· Support end‑to‑end testing activities such as test planning, execution, defect identification, tracking and reporting
· Assist in mitigating business and delivery risk through structured testing approaches and effective planning techniques
· Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and stakeholders to communicate defects, issues, risks and testing outcomes
· Maintain, review and update test cases and test documentation as business requirements and system functionality evolve
· Take ownership of testing activities for allocated projects, developing a strong understanding of the software under test
· Participate across all phases of the software development life cycle, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes
