The Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join Francom during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This role is ideal for someone early in their Business Analyst career who is looking to develop their skills within a structured, supportive, and regulated environment. Working under general direction within a clear framework of accountability, you will support the analysis of business outcomes, processes, systems, and information needs, while gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives.
Based in our Parramatta office, this role supports multiple brands within the Francom Group and works closely with experienced Business Analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with analysing business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support the gathering, documentation, and validation of business and operational requirements
- Work with technical teams to help evaluate and implement practical solutions
- Provide clear, plain-language support on business and technical issues
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and insights under guidance
- Support stakeholder communication and manage expectations with supervision
- Ensure work aligns with compliance requirements, internal policies, and Francom’s LIEBN values
General Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Complete all required compliance training in a timely manner
- Adhere to company policies, legal obligations, and relevant industry legislation, including the Australian Debt Collection Guidelines
- Maintain high service standards and build positive working relationships across the business
- Support the broader Francom Group and associated brands as required
What We’re Looking For
- Early-career experience or exposure to Business Analysis, process improvement, or systems support
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and technical teams
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
