Francom is undergoing a period of rapid growth, and we are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function across all business divisions. This role is pivotal in ensuring HR policies and practices are delivered effectively, consistently, and in alignment with Francom’s values of Leadership, Integrity, Excellence, Balance, and Nurture (LIEBN).
Based in Parramatta, NSW, this is a full-time leadership role working closely with the CEO and senior executives, providing strategic guidance and driving HR excellence across the Francom Group.
About the Role
As the Group HR Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage all divisions of the HR department.
- Provide executive-level HR reporting and advice directly to the CEO.
- Deliver consistent HR policies, practices, and frameworks across the Group.
- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance obligations are met.
- Manage employee benefits and drive initiatives to support engagement and retention.
- Act as a key link between senior leadership and employees, building strong relationships at all levels.
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning and business growth through effective HR leadership.
- Promote and protect Francom’s culture, embedding our LIEBN values into all aspects of the employee experience.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will bring:
- Minimum 5+ years’ senior HR management experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate group setting.
- Proven generalist HR expertise, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR planning.
- Experience working with CEOs, Boards, or senior executives.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop an HR team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client service focus.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
- Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational HR delivery.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, able to implement HR initiatives that align with future business needs.
