What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Identify and resolve complex customer issues, providing timely solutions.
- Identify and assist customers experiencing hardship or vulnerability, providing appropriate support and solutions.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of company and client information.
- Collaborate across teams to improve customer outcomes and internal processes.
- Keep client records up-to-date and perform accurate data entry.
- Support compliance initiatives, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Assist the organisation with other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in a compliance or financial environment.
- Previous experience in collections or working with customers experiencing financial hardship or vulnerability is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across departments.
